Laughter Yoga combines gentle laughter exercises with pranic breathing. When performed with an open, child-like heart for a sustained period of time, we enter into joyful, relaxed space and dose ourselves with Dopamine, Oxytocin, Serotonin, and Endorphins. Please join me and learn why laughter is joyful self care.
